Assistant Manager - Design

Creative Design & Brand Communication

• Develop creative concepts and visual designs for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Design packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, POSM, banners, posters, and other branding materials.

• Ensure all creative materials comply with approved brand guidelines.

Digital Content Development

• Create social media creatives, digital advertisements, website banners, and other online communication materials.

• Coordinate with digital marketing teams to develop engaging visual content.

• Stay updated on design trends and consumer preferences.

Product Packaging Design

• Develop packaging artwork and label designs for new and existing products.

• Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure print-ready artwork quality.

• Support product launch activities through creative packaging solutions.

Campaign Support

• Collaborate with Brand, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to develop campaign materials.

• Ensure timely delivery of creative assets for ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.

• Support event branding, exhibitions, fairs, and activation programs.

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with agencies, printing vendors, photographers, and production houses.

• Review proofs, artworks, and final outputs to ensure quality standards.

• Follow up on production timelines and project completion.

Project Management

• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.

• Maintain organized archives of design files and brand assets.

• Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines.

Age 28 to 38 years Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Graphic Design/Creative Design, preferably in the FMCG industry or a reputed corporate environment.Experience in brand communication, packaging design, and campaign development will be preferred.
