GM, Operations (LNG)

This is a senior leadership role who will lead the overall strategy, operations, and commercial performance of LNG business and will be responsible for the safe, profitable, and efficient end-to-end operations of liquefaction terminals, regasification hubs, or FSRUs. The ideal candidate should be an experienced energy or industrial sector leader with strong operational and commercial exposure in cryogenic gas processing, gas processing refrigeration cycles, steam/gas turbine operations and thermal dynamics.

 ·         Oversee all cryogenic hydrocarbon processes, from natural gas intake and liquefaction to storage and regasification.

·         Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

·         Deliver production targets in line with operational budgets and supply agreements.

·         Enforce strict process safety and environmental protocols to manage extreme physical states. Ensure full alignment with international maritime and local energy regulations.

·         Manage the scheduling, optimization, and safe delivery of LNG shipments. Collaborate closely with commercial teams, charterers, and port authorities to avoid demurrage costs.

·         Develop operational budgets, monitor capital expenditures and identify cost-optimization strategies without compromising facility integrity.

·         Represent the company in negotiations with contractors, vendors, government bodies, and joint-venture partners.

Age At least 40 years A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum or Process Engineering. An MBA or Master’s in Operations Management is highly preferred.Deep understanding of LNG value chains, process safety management (PSM), and terminal operations.
