Job Description

For Labeling Machine Operator: Set up and run automatic labeling machines; load labels, glue, or ribbons; adjust sensors and rollers for different product sizes; minimize label wastage and wrinkles.

For Wrapping Machine Operator: Operate flow wrap, shrink wrap, or stretch wrap machines; adjust temperature settings and cutting blades; ensure clean and tight seals for finished products.

For Blow Molding Machine Operator: Run automatic Blow Molding machines (PET/HDPE); set up molds, adjust heating zones, parison controls, and air pressure; inspect bottles/containers for physical defects.

For Filler Machine Operator: Operate automated liquid or powder filling machines; calibrate correct filling volume/weight to minimize product loss; perform routine sanitation and Clean-In-Place (CIP) processes.

Common Responsibilities for all Operators:

Perform daily machine setup, cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting.

Monitor production lines continuously to detect and report mechanical or quality faults.

Maintain strict adherence to factory safety rules, hygiene protocols, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Job Requirements

Age 20 to 35 yearsOnly Male 2 to 5 years of practical experience in operating any of the relevant machines (Labeling, Wrapping, Blow Molding, or Filler).Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Plastics, or Pharmaceutical industries is highly desirable.
