Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, CV sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checking, and onboarding
Assist in the development, review, and documentation of departmental and individual KPIs
Prepare and process HR correspondence, including appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, Office Notes, and other employee-related documents
Maintain administrative records, inventories, and office documentation
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted administrative support services
Facilitate employee communication and feedback collection processes
Support process improvement initiatives
Any other Task or Project as and when assigned.
