Maintain and update employees' records.
Follow up Attendance, Leave Management, Disciplinary actions.
Prepare monthly salary sheet.
Assist in the recruitment process by arranging interview and preparing recruitment approval.
Arrange meetings and coordinate required departments to facilitate the problems.
Coordinate all repairs and maintenance.
Cycle, van checking & maintenance.
Prepare monthly cycle & van repair cost report.
Receive ISP electricity bill and forward to Accounts department with master bill.
Communicate with ISP companies for any inquiry.
Office space, Technician resident, ISP-Pop rent, deed maintenance.
Receive & forward utility bills to Accounts department.
Educational Requirement:
MBA/BBA in HRM from any reputed university.
Age At least 28 years 1-2 years of Experience in HR Operations or HR relevant HR roles
