• Identify and prospect new corporate clients, conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), present offerings, and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Manage 50–75 corporate accounts, act as primary contact, ensure high retention, and conduct regular business reviews.
• Promote and sell corporate membership packages, present value propositions to decision-makers, and manage renewals.
• Drive revenue through corporate events, group bookings, and sponsorship sales, including proposal preparation and coordination.
• Develop strong relationships with HR/Admin leaders, attend networking events, and generate referrals and partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure seamless execution of corporate services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activities, manage pipeline forecasting, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve pricing, offerings, and sales strategy.
