Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for ERP systems and workflows
Translate business needs into functional specifications and scalable ERP solutions
Collaborate with IT teams, business users and vendors for ERP design, configuration and implementation
Support ERP testing activities, including UAT, issue tracking and resolution management
Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to optimise ERP usage and business efficiency
Assist with data migration, reporting and integration with other enterprise systems
Prepare training materials, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions
Ability to apply AI-driven solutions for workflow optimisation, reporting, documentation and productivity enhancement
Monitor ERP performance and ensure compliance with data security, governance and internal control standards
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, consultants and external vendors
Manage ERP projects in complex or multi-entity environments while handling multiple priorities and deadlines
Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases to ensure business continuity.
Drive change management initiatives and promote continuous process improvement.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsProfessional certifications or leadership training preferredExperience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and AI-assisted platforms for ERP implementation and process automation.
