Job Description

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as “Manager, Production (Flexible Packaging)”. The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:

Ensure that machine run at the optimum speed and efficiency
Monitor & ensure proper implementation of production plan
Manage & control performance both staff & worker through motivation and training
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Control department
Control wastage percentage at minimum level
Ensure on time production delivery

Job Requirements

At least 10 years experience as “Manager, Production (Flexible Packaging) in a reputed Printing & Packaging Factory.
