Job Description

Akij Venture Group is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates for the position of HR Executive to work in Regional HR Operations & Payroll. The incumbent will be responsible for payroll processing, attendance management, employee documentation, and overall HR operational activities from the regional office.

Responsibilities:

Maintain daily HR operations activities at the regional office
Prepare and process employee payroll, attendance, leave, and overtime data
Ensure proper documentation of joining, confirmation, transfer, resignation, and disciplinary files
Coordinate with Head Office regarding HR and administrative matters
Maintain employee database and HR reports regularly
Monitor field employees’ attendance and movement records
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities when required
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries regarding salary, attendance, leave, and HR-related issues

Job Requirements

Age At least 26 yearsOnly Male Good knowledge of payroll processing and attendance managementProficient in MS Office, especially ExcelGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasksCandidate must be willing to work at regional offices
