Job Responsibilities

Have to understand the buyer quality standard properly
Have to ensure quality as per buyer approved artwork or sample
Have to ensure colour quality
Ensure that the placement of embroidery is ok; if not then take necessary action
Have to ensure that the design size is ok
Have to properly check the defects like poor registration, fabric grain through or grapping, missed trims, bunching at corners, poor stitch balance, needle holes, poor stitch density & poor hoping etc.
Should give the proper solution to avoid all kinds of defects
Have to communicate with the merchandisers for any correction or change
Have to discuss with the Factory Head for any kind of trouble shooting
Any other tasks given by the Management
