Job Description
Fire Safety System Maintenance
- Inspect, test, and maintain fire detection and alarm systems, hydrants, sprinklers, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers.
- Ensure emergency lights, exit signage, and evacuation systems remain operational at all times.
- Maintain service schedules and calibration records for all fire safety equipment.
Compliance & Audit Readiness
- Support factory compliance with buyer requirements, BNBC, Fire Service & Civil Defiance, and international standards.
- Prepare documents for audits (Accord/Alliance/RSC/Buyer inspections).
- Maintain fire licenses, inspection logs, and compliance checklists.
Risk Assessment & Prevention
- Conduct routine fire risk assessments across production floors, warehouses, chemical storage, and utilities.
- Identify hazards (electrical overload, blocked exits, flammable storage) and coordinate corrective actions.
