Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced DGM/AGM to oversee Administration and External Affairs of S A Group of Industries. This leadership role is essential for ensuring smooth external operations while fostering productive relationships with all stakeholders such as government agencies, authorities, licensing authority and public office vendors etc. The DGM will be responsible for a range of activities, including licensing, legal matters, land-related follow-ups, security management, liaising with government offices and various authorities, arranging office programs and meetings etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including government agencies, vendors, regulatory bodies, and local authorities.
Ensure proper liaison with local and national authorities, facilitating smooth operations related to legal, regulatory, and licensing matters.
Ensure that the company remains in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
Liaise with legal counsel to resolve any potential legal disputes or concerns.- Responsible for all legal issues of company. Ensuring proper documentation and compliance of land & properly related issues.
Supervise administrative staff to ensure that tasks and operations are carried out efficiently and in line with company policies.
Organize and arrange all types of office programs, events, meetings, and conferences.
Contribute to the development of strategic plans for the administration and external affairs functions within the company.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the status of administrative operations, legal matters, licensing updates, and external affairs activities.
Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and external affairs teams to ensure a productive and collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with senior management to align administrative and external affairs strategies with broader business goals.
Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and various government offices and authorities.
Oversee security management for office premises and ensure the safety of staff and organizational assets.
Implement risk management protocols to mitigate any potential risks that may impact the organization’s reputation or operations.
Develop emergency protocols and ensure the team is trained to handle security-related situations effectively.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by Management.
