• Recruitment & Selection: Advertising jobs, reviewing CVs, conducting initial screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Onboarding & Separation: Conducting orientation for new hires, handling documentation, and managing exit formalities.
• Employee Records Management: Maintaining personal files, employee databases, and ensuring data accuracy.
