Job Responsibilities

Finishing Operation Control & Ability to Handle the Inspections with External Buying Office Audits.
Select & set dyeing recipe discussing with Dyeing GM.
Ensure daily dyeing & finishing programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule .
Have Ability to Manage His Team In Finishing & Packing with Good Results.
Day to day production monitoring in dyeing & finishing.
On time dyeing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
Should be expert on special finishing process & all type of fabric dyeing process.
Ensure daily production report to GM as per target& follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT & must report to GM dyeing.
Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
Analyze production volume & coordination in material management.
Analytical skills on dyeing , finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
Should Technically Qualified & Capable of Monitoring Day To Day Activities.
Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
Monitor and control quality system.
Update information on key operational.
Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
