We are a leading diversified conglomerate with business interests in Healthcare (Hospital), Hospitality (Hotel), Retail (Super Shop), Tours & Travels, and Property sectors. We are looking for a visionary and strategic Group Head of HR to lead our human capital function and drive organizational excellence across all business units.
Key Responsibilities (প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ):
1. Strategic HR Leadership (কৌশলগত নেতৃত্ব):
Drive a unified HR vision across all business units, ensuring alignment with overall business growth, profitability, and expansion plans.
Lead the HR automation and Digital Transformation process (HRIS/ERP implementation).
2. Performance & Talent Management (পারফরম্যান্স এবং ট্যালেন্ট ম্যানেজমেন্ট):
Build a high-performance culture by implementing measurable KPIs, accountability frameworks, and continuous improvement systems.
Design and execute aggressive hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent for specialized sectors like Hospital, and Retail.
Identify and groom future leaders through robust leadership development and succession planning.
3. Operational Efficiency & Cost Control (কার্যকরী দক্ষতা এবং খরচ নিয়ন্ত্রণ):
Optimize manpower across diverse sectors to ensure maximum productivity and cost efficiency.
Structure competitive yet cost-effective compensation models, including incentive and commission frameworks aligned with revenue generation.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance (কর্মচারী সম্পর্ক এবং কমপ্লায়েন্স):
Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws, regulatory requirements, and industry-specific standards.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and strengthen organizational loyalty.
Effectively manage industrial relations, disputes, and grievances to maintain a disciplined work environment.
5. Culture & Welfare (সংস্কৃতি এবং কল্যাণ):
Position the organization as an "Employer of Choice" through strong employer branding.
Ensure safe working environments and implement welfare programs, specifically for hospital and construction operations.
Age 40 to 55 years Excellent command over both English and Bengali (Written & Spoken).Deep understanding of Bangladesh Labor Law.Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.Experience in managing multi-location operations (Retail/Hospital/Hotel).At least 12 to 15 years of experience in the HR field.Minimum 5 years of experience in a Group HR Leadership role managing diversified business units.
