Job Description

Manage overall HR operations and administration activities.
Handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Maintain HR policies aligned with company standards and UK employment practices.
Coordinate with UK-based teams and manage UK working hour operations.
Ensure compliance with UK government HR rules, labor regulations, and documentation standards.
Monitor employee performance, attendance, disciplinary actions, and training programs.
Prepare HR reports, policies, and confidential documentation professionally.
