Job Description

Quality Feeds Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Jr. Officer / Officer – Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, maintaining proper documentation and supporting overall store operations in line with company policies.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect and record incoming materials, spare parts, and goods.
Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/software and manual logs.
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requisition.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Ensure proper tagging, storage and preservation of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement, production and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Prepare and submit regular inventory and usage reports to management.
Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines and internal SOPs.

Job Requirements

Age 26 to 32 yearsOnly Male Good understanding of inventory management systems and practices.Experience with ERP or inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Attention to detail and accuracy.
