Sr. Officer / Executive - Commercial

We are seeking a capable Commercial Officer who will be engaged in international sourcing and import operations, managing end-to-end commercial activities with primary responsibility for handling LC processes and coordinating import transactions between Bangladesh and China.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complete LC documentation and processing for import transactions

• Coordinate with banks, suppliers, freight forwarders, and C&F agents

• Manage import/export documentation including PI, CI, PL, BL, LC, and customs papers

• Communicate with overseas suppliers, particularly China-based vendors, regarding shipment and documentation

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely clearance of goods

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh import regulations and banking requirements

• Track commercial timelines and maintain accurate records of all transactions

• Support management with cost tracking, landed cost calculations, and reporting

Age 28 to 35 years Strong knowledge of LC procedures and import documentationFamiliarity with Bangladesh banking and customs processesGood communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational and follow-up abilityProficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
