Base Rate System
CRR and SLR
Integrated Super Vision System (ISS)
Business Activities
Stress Testing
CAMELS
FDI
GDP
Risk Management Paper
Weekly Investment position
Handle Bangladesh Bank Inspection including branch
Make sure that BB inspection observation are followed up and acted upon
Responsible for supervision of daily Bank Reconciliation
inspection and acting as a single point of contract.

Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements and assist in preparation of Annual Financial Statements and Annual Report.

Review Monthly Management Accounts and Board Papers.
Creation and Preparation of various MIS and adhoc reports.
Preparation of Annual Budget and performing budgetary control related activities.
Providing various financial and non-financial data to internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with various stakeholders as and when required.
