Post Name: Deputy Manager/ Senior Executive (Quality Assurance), Tea Processing Plant

Job Responsibilities

Supervising the entire quality assurance process, generating QA policies & SOPs of Tea Processing Unit.
Ensuring quality assurance personnel take necessary samples that they require using the correct sampling procedures.
Ensuring all the required inspection and tests like- Commercial Tea Tasting is carried out in accordance with the laid down procedures and techniques.
Identifying and organizing calibration of inspection, measuring and testing equipment to maintain their continued suitability.
Assuring the quality of leaf and liquor, preserving Tea sample and Tea Tasting reports.
Ensuring in-process quality parameters e.g., tea moisture and density checking & to maintain the consistency in final product quality as per company norms.
Verifying the incoming Raw and Packaging materials via process parameters.
Ensuring timely corrective action on non-conformities appearing in the system and institute preventive actions to eliminate recurrence of non-conformities.

Additional Requirements

Age 28 to 40 years
Must have QA related work experience in Tea Industry.
Preferences will given to Qualified Tea Tasters.
