Job Description / Responsibility

• Perform business analysis as required to identify the need for process automation, process transformation,develop support strategy and analyse performance.
• Perform vendors assessment, on-board vendors, and work with various vendors to ensure in-time implantation of projects.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all internal stakeholders and internal development team and external vendors for Project roll-out and implementation.
• Assist Head of Business Transformation to developing process/system architecture, process re-engineering to achieve strategic initiatives.
• Assist in Head of Business Transformation in assessing, planning and implementing innovative technology-based products and services.
• Prepare various management reports, presentations and documentations to reflect organization-wide initiatives.
• Identify data analytics opportunities and perform data mapping, modelling, profiling, mining and analysis to achieve organizational objective

Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timeliness and budget are met; identify risks and issues, mitigate or escalate as needed. Plan, design, manage and execute project plans to ensure delivery. This activity includes management through feasibility, design, planning and implementation. Communicate with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform and influence outcomes. Work with a horizontal team to prepare data with migration efforts with multiple. Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation. Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the SDLC process.
