The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks

Responsibilities & Context

Handling case files, maintaining case status & other relevant updates.
To help prepare and draft briefs, aplications, plaints, complaints, motions and other documents as required.
Provide management and other employees with effective legal advice on legal issues.
Vetting of title/land documents. Follow up with the RM/branches to collect wanting papers and mitigate legal issues.
Prepare charge documents (Mortgage, IGPA, LoU, TPA etc.). Verification of legal and land documents.
Represent IPDC in legal matters before the external stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Review all legal documents including Agreements, MoU prepared by 3rd parties.
