Job Description / Responsibility

• Achieve sales target of Personal loan/ Home loan/Auto loan within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers.
• Carry out initial screening and credit assessment of potential customers.
• Maintain close liaison and coordination with channel partners and internal stakeholders i.e. CRM and Operations.

Sound Interpersonal skills, Team Player. Negotiation skill. Target driven. Sound knowledge on MS Office package. Good communication skills both oral and written in English and Bangla.
