RELIEF GBV Case management Officer

Job Description / Responsibility

• Position directly supervises: Mobile protection staffs and camp-based volunteer case workers
• 1. Capacity Building:
• Assess the camp-based volunteer case workers on GBV case management skills and design appropriate training topics
• Conduct trainings to camp-based volunteer case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation
• Closely coaching camp-based volunteer case workers
• 2. Case Management:
• Support GBV case management planning for camp-based volunteer case workers
• Closely coaching camp-based volunteer case workers on GBV case response
• Coordinate closely with other protection/GBV agencies to ensure best practices of GBV response
• Direct intervention to complicated cases
• Work with Protection Manager, local authorities, and community leaders to establish a referral pathway for survivors of gender-based violence.
• Conduct trainings to camp-based volunteer case workers with pre- and post-test for evaluation
• Report to Protection Manager on weekly basis
• 3. Maintain confidential of case filing system:
• Ensure all cases information be kept in highest confidential
• Ensure safety of cases information sharing
• Maintain all cases filing in locked system
