Head of Compliance

Job Description

• With a high level of autonomy, the Chief Compliance Officer is expected to extensive knowledge and skills to design, implement and supervise a comprehensive compliance and oversight program designed to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements that apply to Asset Management Company in Bangladesh.

• The Compliance officer is responsible for ensuring a compliance with securities industry laws, rules and regulations as dictated by Security Exchange Commission, various stock exchanges, Banking Laws,state jurisdictions and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Strong relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills .

• Excellent written and verbal communication interpersonal skills. Must be fluent in English .
• Ability to interpret and advice on a broad range of regulatory issues on a variety of products and services.
  
• Planning and scheduling skills to meet organizational and regulatory deadlines and requirements.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and productive attitude.
  
• Proven track record of ability to effectively communicate with regulators.
• Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion.
