Job Description

Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT, trial production, and production start-up.
Ensure proper maintenance, handling, and troubleshooting of molds to maximize mold reliability, performance, and service life.
Ensure factory infrastructure, utilities, machines, and equipment are operationally ready.
Develop and implement Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance systems.
Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize unplanned downtime.
Lead troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
Manage Injection Molding Machines, molds, chillers, cooling systems, compressors, dryers, and auxiliary equipment.
Ensure continuous availability of electricity, compressed air, cooling water, and other utilities.
Ensure effective operation and troubleshooting of robotic arm systems, while supporting process automation and optimization to improve production efficiency, consistency, and reliability.
Develop maintenance SOPs, checklists, critical spare parts lists, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, R&D, Procurement, suppliers, and contractors.
Supervise technical staff and support continuous improvement, TQM, OEE, 5S, and energy efficiency initiatives.

Age 32 to 46 years Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion & Press Machine Operation & MaintenanceMold MaintenanceMechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic TroubleshootingPreventive & Breakdown MaintenanceUtility & Auxiliary Equipment ManagementBasic PLC Troubleshooting, RCA & OEESpare Parts Management and Team CoordinationExperience in Injection Molding operations, including robotic arm operation and troubleshooting, is preferred.Factory setup, machine installation, and commissioning experience will be an advantage.Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle) will be considered an added advantage.
