Plan, supervise, and control daily PVC production to achieve approved targets.
Monitor PVC compounding, mixing, molding/injection, machine settings, and process parameters.
Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, rejection, rework, and material consumption.
Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, R&D, Warehouse, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Identify production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage manpower utilization, attendance, shift planning, and operator/supervisor performance.
Control raw-material usage, minimize wastage, and improve overall cost efficiency.
Analyze daily production data, prepare MIS/KPI reports, and support trials, new product development, and process transfer.
