Job Description

  • Coordinate CEO-led projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely execution and completion of key priorities.

  • Track action items, milestones, and deliverables to maintain clear visibility of progress against commitments.

  • Follow up with departments on assigned tasks and escalate delays, risks, or bottlenecks to ensure timely resolution.

  • Coordinate communication between the CEO Office and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely flow of information.

  • Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and priority schedules to ensure effective time management.

  • Prepare meeting agendas, collect relevant documents, and coordinate logistics to ensure well-structured executive meetings.

  • Record meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up for implementation.

  • Maintain organized records of approvals, correspondence, presentations, and key executive documents for easy reference.

  • Support execution of strategic and operational initiatives by coordinating stakeholders and monitoring progress to ensure completion.

  • Assist in organizing management meetings, leadership reviews, Board meetings, and CEO-led events to ensure smooth execution.

  • Maintain dashboards, trackers, and status reports to provide clear visibility for CEO-level reviews and decision-making.

  • Coordinate travel plans, visits, and executive engagements to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of CEO activities.
