Universal Study Agency Limited is looking for energetic, creative, and motivated Graphics Designers & Video Editors to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to transform products, ideas, and business objectives into powerful visual communication while maintaining a consistent, premium, and professional brand identity.
Job Responsibilities
- Design creative digital and print materials including posters, flyers, banners, brochures, presentations, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
- Edit and produce engaging videos for social media platforms, marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Counselling teams to develop creative concepts aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity through innovative designs, graphics, and video content.
- Ensure timely delivery of all design and video projects while maintaining high creative and technical standards.
- Contribute fresh and innovative ideas for social media engagement, digital marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Capture and edit photos and videos during company events, seminars, student success stories, and other activities.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Management team to create visually appealing content that increases audience engagement.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Brand Communication, Management, photographers, videographers, and external agencies when required.
- Properly store, organize, and manage digital assets, editable source files, templates, product images, and brand resources.
- Manage multiple design and video requirements simultaneously while maintaining creative quality, technical accuracy, brand consistency, and timely delivery.
- Stay updated with current graphic design trends, digital formats, AI design and image-generation tools, motion graphics, and visual communication techniques.
- Take initiative and contribute creative ideas to improve the company's overall visual communication and digital presence.

Age 23 to 30 yearsOnly Male Experience Requirements1–2 years of proven professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.Freshers are not encouraged to apply.Candidates with experience in social media content creation, branding, advertising, or digital marketing will be preferred.Other RequirementsStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects or similar professional software.Must be capable of handling both graphic design and video editing tasks efficiently.Good understanding of branding, social media content, and visual communication.Creative, proactive, punctual, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong communication skills in Bangla and EnglishMust be polite, honest, responsible, and loyal to the organization.Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively as part of a team.
