Job Description / Responsibility

1. Agriculture and non-agriculture interventions for creating alternative livelihood opportunities/small business for women living in poverty.
2. Have competencies on report writing both in Bangla and English, leadership and ability to work in a team.
3. Market linkage and value chain;
4. Sound in participatory development process and good understanding on Human Rights Based Approach;
5. Work in national NGO in long term project funded by INGOs;
6. Policy advocacy and campaign on women rights issues.
7. Facilitating community based organization and their capacity building;
8. Organise events, workshops, seminars, etc;
9. Understanding and working on women unpaid care work is added value for the incumbent.
10. Communication materials development for community?s behavior change
