Boiler Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

• Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain boiler logs and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, PTW, and PPE requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance work to minimize production downtime.
• Lead and supervise boiler operators and maintenance technicians.
• Report equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.

Boiler Operator Certificate (mandatory). Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience. Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
