Job Description
- Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Maintain boiler logs and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, LOTO, PTW, and PPE requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance work to minimize production downtime.
- Lead and supervise boiler operators and maintenance technicians.
- Report equipment issues and recommend corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Boiler Operator Certificate (mandatory). Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Minimum 3 years of relevant industrial experience. Good leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
