Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads, conduct client visits, and achieve sales targets to ensure the organization's profitability.
  • Identify prospective customers, provide personalized consultation, present the company's projects, and successfully close sales.
  • Forecast future sales by analyzing historical data, current sales trends, and other relevant market information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales period.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve customer concerns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and maintain accurate customer records by regularly updating the CRM system.
  • Perform any other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years Proven experience in selling premium residential properties to high-value clients.Candidates with prior sales experience in Jolshiri Abashon projects will receive special preference.Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of the real estate industry, including current market trends and customer expectations.Candidates with previous experience in the real estate sector, particularly those who have worked on Jolshiri Abashon projects or with reputed real estate organizations, will be given preference.
