Regional Manager, Chilling Center (Aarong Dairy)

Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare Budget and Target Plan on milk collection with necessary test for quality control & maintain all books and records for smooth functioning of chilling centers
• Communication with various government and private organizations competitors, stakeholder for dairy related activities
• Arrange the farmer's meeting and training regularly and solve their problems
• Ensure Cross-breeding program for dairy development at the farmer's level
• Conduct survey to find out new areas, competitors etc. for the dairy extension
• Follow-up financial activities and ensure smooth operation of chilling center
• Organize necessary elements for milk production, collection, distribution with good quality and fair price
• Prepare the procurement plan and ensure milk inflow to the Chilling centers within the region
• To know the policy of others organization with in operation area & after consulting with appropriate authority takes necessary action for implementation
• Supervise Area managers to undertake necessary action for their capacity development
• Co-ordinate with related sections of veterinary service, health coverage, nutritional activities and modern dairy management
• Evaluation of reports for undertakes the further activities for dairy sector development
