Junior Machine Operator, Production (BRAC Green Packaging)

• Ensure proper operation of Biodegradable bag making machine for producing selected jobs as per production action plan

• Confirm appropriate size, direction of film and knife setting before running the machine

• Minimize pressure, EPC and other parameters immediately after running the machine

• Maintain accurate cutting so that highest quality products could be produced

• Minimize wastage percentage by taking necessary steps

• Develop junior level staff of Biodegradable bag making machine by giving them adequate on hand training and motivation in systematic way

• Maintain daily job card, registers and production reports

• Ensure proper cleaning of the machine before / after production and floor around of the machine

• Prepare report time to time as per management requirement

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential CandidatesKnowledge on relevant raw material, relevant machines and its partsSolution driven, smart, approachable and possesses ability to work with people from different backgrounds
