Junior Helper, Production (BRAC Green Packaging Enterprise)

• Follow instructions from operators, supervisors, and shift in-charges in a disciplined and timely manner.

• Help the operators in setting heaters & temperature, die, plates and other machine parts according to the product requirements

• Assist the operator during inspection of sealing quality, leak testing, cutting, and other quality checks

• Assist in checking printing, process accuracy, and material usage during production

• Ensure proper cleanliness of the machine and its adjacent floor space before / after production

• Loading / unloading the film reels to the machine

• Manage finished products bundle in specified quantities and help the operator to maintain register accordingly

• Sort and organize semi-finished materials, unused materials, and reels.

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

• Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the respective authority

Education will be relaxed for the potential CandidatesKnowledge on Machine cleaning, fire safety and register maintainingAbility to work under pressure
