Executive / Senior Executive, R&D (Pharma Business)

• Conduct literature reviews, pre-formulation studies, formulation trials, and product-development activities.

• Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations in line with product and regulatory requirements.

• Plan and execute laboratory trials, development batches, and stability studies.

• Prepare and maintain development protocols, reports, specifications, SOPs, and technical documents.

• Support scale-up, technology transfer, process validation, and troubleshooting activities.

• Coordinate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and other relevant functions.
