Territory Officer/Sr. Territory Officer (EV Bike)

ACI Motors Limited is looking for a Territory Officer / Sr. Territory Officer – EV Bike to support the growth and expansion of its emerging EV Bike business. The incumbent will be responsible for driving sales and market development within the assigned territory, managing dealer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring achievement of sales targets, and strengthening market presence.

Major Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales Execution & Targets: Execute ground-level operational plans derived from regional targets to achieve assigned volume, revenue, and local market share objectives within the designated territory.
• Dealer & Sub-Dealer Relationship Management: Maintain daily, hands-on relationships with authorized EV dealers, sub-dealers, and local influencers to secure brand loyalty and high priority for ACI Motors EV products.
• Secondary Sales & Order Fulfillment: Drive secondary sales performance, oversee regular order processing, monitor stock delivery status, and ensure timely collection of payments and receivables.
• Showroom Branding Compliance: Implement and maintain company branding guidelines, standard product displays, and promotional material setups across all local showrooms and touchpoints. 
• Ground-Level GTM & Promotional Execution: Execute local marketing campaigns, test-ride events, localized roadshows, and launch activities tailored for EV bikes on the ground.
• Field Reconnaissance & Competitor Mapping: Track competitor pricing, local product schemes, and customer adoption barriers daily, feeding actionable ground insights upward to regional management.

Age 24 to 32 yearsOnly Male Candidates must possess a valid motorcycle driving license and be proficient in riding a motorcycle.
