Officer/Senior Officer–Distribution, Aluminium Plant

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules based on customer orders, production completion, and delivery priorities.

• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Packaging, Finished Goods Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

• Verify customer orders, product specifications, quantities, bundle identification, and delivery schedules before dispatch.

• Ensure proper vehicle allocation, loading sequence, route planning, and dispatch scheduling.

• Monitor vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery to customers.

• Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, gate passes, transport documents, and Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Ensure accurate ERP transactions for dispatch, stock transfer, delivery confirmation, and inventory movement.

• Maintain complete dispatch records and customer delivery history.

• Monitor finished goods movement, dispatch accuracy, stock reconciliation, and inventory traceability.

• Support periodic inventory verification and reconciliation with the Finished Goods Warehouse.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch, distribution, MIS, and ERP reports.

Age At least 24 years Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel reporting.Sound knowledge of distribution planning, dispatch operations, and transportation management.Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory control, dispatch documentation, and customer order fulfilment.Good understanding of inventory traceability and customer service standards.
