Officer/Sr. Officer-Store, Aluminium Plant

• Perform shift-wise finished goods warehouse and packaging operations.

• Receive finished aluminium profiles from Anodizing, ED Coating, PVDF Coating, and Powder Coating production lines.

• Ensure proper storage, stacking, identification, and segregation of finished products based on alloy, finish, colour, size, and customer requirements.

• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure accurate inventory records through the ERP system.

• Supervise packaging activities, including protective film application, PE foam wrapping, kraft paper wrapping, shrink wrapping, carton packing, palletizing, and labelling.

• Ensure packaging complies with customer specifications, export standards, and company quality requirements.

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to resolve packaging-related quality issues and customer complaints.

• Monitor packaging material inventory and coordinate replenishment as required.

• Maintain accurate finished goods inventory, stock movement records, and dispatch documentation.

• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Prepare delivery notes, packing lists, and ERP dispatch entries.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness by implementing 5S practices and complying with company safety policies.

• Prepare daily warehouse, packaging, inventory, and dispatch reports.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Sound knowledge of aluminium profile packaging methods and finished goods handling.Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
