Engineer/Assistant Engineer- Production, Sonargaon Steel Fabricate Ltd.

• Assist in planning and organizing daily production activities to meet targets efficiently.

• Set up production lines and machinery based on manpower planning and material availability.

• Monitor production processes closely to ensure full compliance with standard operating procedures

• Check the production quality of Steel structures according to Shop Drawings and AWS standards.

• Maintain accurate production logs and prepare reports (including machine downtime, utilization, and material consumption).

• Inspect machinery during operations and guide the technical team to troubleshoot and fix issues.

• Ensure a safe working environment by strictly following factory health and safety guidelines (EHS).

• Manage any additional duties or ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department head.
