Ensure best pharmacy services including good dispensing practices, counseling patients, labeling dispensed medicines, storage of medicines, management of expiry products etc. in accordance with the guideline of SMC Model Pharmacy.
Responsible to ensure damaged, counterfeit, substandard, or expired medicines are dispensed and medicines dispensed are registered by the DGDA.
Ensure that the model pharmacy dispensing and training guideline/ standards and the existing DGDA laws, ordinance and rules are maintained while dispensing medicines.
Arrange pharmacy stock on shelves/ cabinets and refrigerator for maintaining proper temperature.
Maintain proper documentation including legal documents and records of all products & services and will generate necessary reports as per requirements of the pharmacy management.
Ensure cleanliness of the pharmacy through regular monitoring and also ensure visibility of the products.
Provide efforts to increase revenue towards achieving sustainability in the long run.
Age At most 35 years Completed C-Grade Pharmacy Certificate Course (3 months) from any reputed institute, registered under the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council is mandatory.At least 3 years working experience in similar position in any model pharmacy or Clinic/ hospital pharmacy/ medicine shop.Maximum 35 years of age (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Record keeping and documentation skills.Familiar with using pharmacy software and sound knowledge of MS Office application suite.
