Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the consultancy and laboratory services of the SMC Diagnostic & Consultation Centre.
Generate demand for consultancy and laboratory services through the strategic dissemination of Behavior Change Communication (BCC) messages and promotional activities.
Build and maintain relationships with SMC payroll doctors, private doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare providers to increase patient referrals.
Conduct regular field visits (at least 80% of working time outside the clinic) to promote services and strengthen the referral network.
Liaison with government institutions, NGOs, educational institutions, city corporations, and other stakeholders to promote SMC services and implement marketing campaigns.
Ensure effective coordination, marketing, and networking activities among the clinic, laboratory, and pharmacy to achieve the Centre’s targeted results.
Develop different BCC materials such as leaflets, banners, signboards, and other printed promotional materials for the Centre and ensure appropriate use of the materials.
Prepare monthly and quarterly work plans for outreach and marketing activities and submit progress reports accordingly.
Ensure the achievement of the Centre’s annual programmatic and financial targets.
Coordinate with different stakeholders to support the day-to-day activities of clinic operations and health network marketing.
Undertake any other duties and assignments as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
