Job Description

To ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of all mechanical equipment and systems in the tiles manufacturing process, supporting uninterrupted production with minimum downtime and maximum efficiency.
Monitor and operate all mechanical equipment used in tile manufacturing (kilns, dryers, ball mills, presses, conveyors, polishing machines, etc).
Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Follow safety rules, PPE guidelines, and maintain safe working conditions.
Report and rectify unsafe conditions or mechanical hazards.
Ensure compliance with company maintenance policies and industry standards.
Maintain daily logbook of machine operations, breakdowns, and maintenance activities.
Prepare and submit breakdown, maintenance, and performance reports to seniors.
Guide and supervise helpers, mechanics, and technicians under your section.
