Job Description

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that support the organization’s marketing, branding, and communication goals. The role involves designing graphics, producing video content, and developing creative materials for campaigns, social media, websites, and corporate communications. The position requires close collaboration with content, marketing, and project teams to translate ideas into engaging visual outputs. The ideal candidate combines creativity with technical proficiency in design tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various media platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with multiple teams (Content & Marketing, Product, etc.) to develop innovative and compelling visual solutions.
Produce engaging and impactful designs for banners, brochures, social media content, websites, and other marketing materials to meet multiple project promotion goals.
Work closely with the Content & Marketing team to provide creative recommendations and incorporate feedback.
Design and develop annual/quarterly/monthly reports.
Utilize video editing software to produce captivating videos for multiple platforms, including social media.
Create motion videos using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
Work closely with the Content Manager to ensure content strategies are implemented effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality in all deliverables.
Use industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements.
Create professional presentation templates (MS PowerPoint) for client pitches, product demos, and conferences.

Job Requirements

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, 3Ds Max, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant toolsUnderstanding of HTML and the ability to make basic website updates, troubleshoot issues, and work collaboratively with web developersFamiliarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital assets.Strong project management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in planning and coordinating events, workshops, seminars, or public engagementsGood communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple teamsNice to HavePrior experience in the software/tech industryExperience of working in EU-funded projects
