Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a crucial role in designing, automating, and securing our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with developers, business teams, and product managers to build highly scalable, resilient, and compliant environments. Your expertise will help shape our DevOps strategy, drive innovation, and enhance system reliability across multi-cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and Automation

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Ensure rapid, reliable deployments through infrastructure automation and best practices.

Cloud and Infrastructure Management

• Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Optimize cost, performance, and security across cloud workloads.

Security and Compliance

• Implement DevSecOps strategies, ensuring compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
• Automate security policies, vulnerability scans, and compliance reporting.

Monitoring and Reliability

• Deploy and maintain observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK.
• Build proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to enhance reliability.

Infrastructure as Code and Configuration Management

• Manage infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Drive GitOps methodologies using ArgoCD and Flux to maintain consistency.

Kubernetes and Microservices

• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters for microservices architectures.
• Ensure best practices for service mesh and container orchestration.

Incident Management and Disaster Recovery

• Develop robust disaster recovery and incident response strategies.
• Reduce Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and optimize system resilience.

Mentorship and DevOps Culture

• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and promote a DevOps-first mindset.
• Advocate for collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering.Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).Deep understanding of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards.Experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or Flux.Strong knowledge of multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).Proven track record in scalability, automation, and performance tuning.Experience with blockchain and MLOps is a plus.Certifications in AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes are highly desirable.
