Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on hiring highly qualified technical professionals. The incumbent will leverage their academic background in Software Engineering to effectively assess technical profiles, understand job requirements, and support hiring managers in selecting the best talent. The role includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial CV screening and HR interviews, coordinating and participating in technical interviews with technical panel members, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Age 23 to 30 years Required SkillsStrong understanding of Software Engineering concepts, programming technologies, frameworks, and common IT roles.Ability to evaluate technical CVs and accurately shortlist candidates based on technical competencies and project experience.Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and behavioral interviewing skills.Experience coordinating and participating in technical interviews with engineering teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employment laws.Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced technology environment.
