Within the context outlined, the PO-Health, under the direct supervision and guidance of the Project Manager, will be responsible for ensuring primary health services of program participants through effective management of all health centers under the program, particularly in relation to service providers, the government. liaison, procurement, and financial management of the health intervention of the Sponsorship Program- Dhaka. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing sponsorship communication operations.
Key responsibilities of the position will be as follows:
The Programme Officer’s (SRHR) main responsibility is to ensure effective and timely implementation of the programme activities relating to the SHARP
This role entails planning, implementation, and monitoring of the programme initiatives to ensure the achievement of the intended results
The Programme Officer will ensure collaboration with other staff to enhance synergy in the sponsorship programmes
Manage sponsorship participants
Capacity building of SCCs
Develop periodical sponsorship communication plans
Schedule Communication Management
Non-schedule communication management
Monitor the programme commitments by tracking SC benefits
Updating programme mapping and sharing the information with the management
Visiting SC families
Conduct SCs letter writing session, and collection of OCC
Ensuring and preparing SCs' participation in different programme events
Age 18 to 40 years Education:MBBS/MPH Skills & Experience:Minimum of 03 years of experienceWorking in the development sector/NGO, Health Sector, Primary Health OutreachCommunication and Leadership SkillsProcurement and financial knowledge
