Job Context

Dhaka Securities Ltd., a concern of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), is seeking competent and dynamic professionals with a strong orientation toward the capital market to strengthen its brokerage business. The role involves acquiring new clients from the open market, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and executing trades in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job responsibilities

Execute client buy/sell orders in compliance with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), Central Depository Bangladesh Ltd. (CDBL), and other regulatory guidelines.

Acquire new clients from the open market and retain existing clients by providing professional and high-quality services.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Achieve assigned trade and business targets through client acquisition and trade execution.
Monitor and analyze capital market trends to provide better investment insights to clients.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance requirements of regulatory authorities and company policies.
Stay updated on listed securities, trading rules, and market fundamentals to support client decision-making.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the Bangladesh capital market, trading procedures, and regulatory framework.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office and brokerage/trading software.Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned business targets.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity.
