Job Description

Paragon Group is one of the largest business conglomerates, we are searching for right candidates for our Sales Admin & MIS team.

Responsibility:

Monitoring activities & performance of sales team.
Maintaining all primary/ secondary sales data & support the sales team with data tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas
Maintain close liaison and coordination with sales team.
Analyze data to find out trends, insights and bottlenecks and provide those insights to the management with suggestions.
Visit market/ field/ farms as and when required.
Handling sales promotion elements.
Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.
Contacting customers to answer queries and obtain missing information.
Develop standard MIS and review from time to time.
Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly sales reports and other relevant reports.
Handling customer feedback.
Supervising field force attendance through ERP software and GPS tracking.
Work closely with management to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations as well as making decisions based on data analysis.
Any other assignment given by the management/superior.
