Review/ develop comprehensive security policies and procedures tailored to farms, factories, tea garden, warehouses and production sites.
Supervise, train, and motivate security personnel, ensuring discipline, vigilance, and operational efficiency.
Safeguard raw materials, chemicals, and finished goods against theft, fire hazards, and unauthorized access.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
Coordinate effectively with law enforcement agencies, fire service and local administrative authorities to ensure timely support and resolution during incidents.
Lead crisis management efforts in cases of accidents, unrest, or emergencies such as cyclones, storms, floods, earthquakes, and fire outbreaks ensuring swift response and minimal disruption to operations.
Oversee and optimize surveillance systems including CCTV, access control, and perimeter security, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and rapid response.
Implement automation and smart security technologies.
Maintain accurate incident records and prepare detailed reports for management review and compliance purposes.
Promote security awareness and best practices among employees
Age 36 to 45 years Candidates should have 2–6 years of proven post-retirement experience in security management with large organization or group of industries, following distinguished service in the Army, Navy, or Air ForceCandidates will be required to travel across various districts for operational development purposes.
